Over the last month we have been incredibly busy and have really enjoyed watching some of Noah's accomplishments! In July he learned how to sit-up and how to crawl... he is really moving along. Noah is also now sleeping through the whole night (which makes for a very happy Mommy and Daddy) and we were able to put him on a nap schedule during the day with two 1-2 hour naps a day! Woo hoo! We are so blessed and amazed by this incredible little guy!
In July we took a trip up to Mendocino with Casey's side of the family. Grandpa Frosty, Mama C, Corey, Chaudy, Cadence, Cheira, & cousin Bryan all made the trip to celebrate the 4th of July and to just enjoy hanging out. The house is right on the coast of the ocean with the town of Mendocino about 15 min away. Mendocino is a tiny town with approx. 5000 residents (according to a local we chatted up during the parade). This is a yearly trip we will be making with Casey's side as well as a trip home to Michigan to visit my side of the family. This year Noah and I will be in Michigan for most of August with Casey joining us mid-month for 10 days! We are really looking forward to visiting with everybody!
Noah also took swimming lessons in July! He absolutely loved them! He was happy just splashing around with the other babies, playing on the kickboards, and on the last day he actually "swam" by himself between his two swimming teachers. The passed him between each other and let him go so he could feel the buoyancy of the water and to let him froggy kick on his own! He did great... coming up with a big smile!
Love to you all....
